Xroads young Adults weekly update 4/28-5/4

Things going on this week:
4/29- Kevin Max and Civil Twilight will be at the Handlebar at 8:30 $17
4/30- the girls will be meeting at starbucks on woodruff around 7:30,
We will be going through galations 5 & 6
5/4- Sunday we will be wrapping up the Chasing the Lion study, 6:30 at
Christy's

Change of Plans

There has been a change of plans. The girls have spoken and would
rather see George Clooney. So, now the movie is Leatherheads at 5:00pm
Hollywood Regal 20 and McAlister's at 7:30pm. Look forward to seeing
those of you who can make it.

Sunday Night's Activities

Hello Everyone!

So here's the deal for this Sunday. Neither normal house is available
and we can not find another location for Bible study. Plus the Leader
Team needs to meet and decide the future study and events. So this
Sunday, the 13th, we will be having a social and watching Nim's Island
at Hollywood 20 (5:25 showing, figured we could save a little with a
matinee time) and then eating at McAlister's Deli on Congaree Road
after. It's an hour and a half movie which means we should be at
McAlister's by 7:30 if you can't make the movie. But I hear it's a
great movie, even my brother in law enjoyed it. Let us know if you're
planning on coming. Hope to see many of you there.

Update!

Hello Everyone!

   I hope you are all having a splendid Monday.

 

Things going on this week:

4/7- Tonight Engage meets at the Handlebar at 7:30, David Walker will be leading worship

4/9- Girls night out, we are going to meet at Starbucks on woodruff rd at 7:30 we are discussing Galations 4 (Even if you've never come to one our meetings please feel free to drop by even for a little while we'd love to meet you)

4/10- Civil Twilight are playing Downtown Alive at 5:30 at the Hyatt Plaza (free)... We'll probably meet up at the Starbucks downtown afterwards around 8:30 if you'd like to join us there

4/11- The Dirt and the Flood (w/ Sleeping at last, Declare, and Jethro's Advice) are going to be playing at the Channel on Haywood rd doors open at 6:30

4/12- Wayfarer Ministries is having a volunteer project. We'll be cleaning up a city park. We'll meet at the Handlebar at 9 am on Saturday and be back around 12. You can sign up tonight at Engage or by Sending Robert Neely an E-mail Rneely@engagegod.org

 

We kindof got off on our Bible Study Schedule so I'll e-mail you later on to let you know if we are going to meet Sunday.
